Jude Ade is a senior transformation and delivery executive with 19 years of experience leading complex technology programmes, strengthening operational performance and delivering sustainable business outcomes.

As Director of Privacy and Compliance at JV Healthcare, Jude is responsible for developing the governance, policies and controls required to protect sensitive patient and business information. He works across clinical, operational and technology teams to embed privacy, confidentiality and regulatory compliance into the organisation’s services and working practices.

Jude brings extensive experience from multinational organisations, where he has led multi-million-pound transformation initiatives covering programme governance, technology delivery, organisational change, stakeholder management, risk assurance and benefits realisation.

Within JV Healthcare, he oversees privacy and compliance risks, supports responsible information management and ensures that new technologies and processes are designed with appropriate safeguards from the outset. He also works closely with senior leaders and external partners to establish clear accountability, maintain effective oversight and promote compliance across services delivered in Switzerland, Cameroon and internationally.
