Valerie Abunaw Tataw-Ashu is an accomplished technology project manager and business leader with more than 10 years of experience delivering complex programmes and supporting organisational transformation across international environments.
As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JV Healthcare, Valerie provides the strategic and operational leadership required to translate the company's vision into sustainable healthcare services. She oversees business development, organisational performance, strategic partnerships, technology-enabled transformation and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Valerie is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and AgilePM practitioner. Her combined expertise in traditional and agile delivery enables her to establish clear strategic direction while responding effectively to changing business, technology and patient needs.
Within JV Healthcare, Valerie works closely with clinical, technology, privacy and operational leaders to ensure that services are delivered efficiently, responsibly and to consistently high standards. She is particularly committed to developing scalable systems that improve patient experiences and expand access to quality healthcare across Switzerland, Cameroon and international markets.
Known for her determination, collaborative leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Valerie brings structure, accountability and momentum to the organisation.
